David Rothkopf to lead creative department and provide conceptual thought leadership
Marketing Werks, a CROSSMARK Company and a leading consumer engagement firm in North America, announced that David Rothkopf has joined the company as SVP, Executive Creative Director. Rothkopf will be based at the firm’s Chicago headquarters.
Rothkopf, (42), will lead Marketing Werks’ creative department and is responsible for providing creative and conceptual thought leadership across the company. He will also partner with client teams to develop integrated brand strategies that represent the future of experiential and integrated marketing. In addition to his creative responsibilities, Rothkopf joins the executive team in growing Marketing Werks’ brand, reputation, and business portfolio.

Prior to joining Marketing Werks, Rothkopf was a Chicago-based VP, Creative Director at Wunderman and Y&R Group, where he was the creative lead and head writer on the Xbox Partnership, Promotions & Sponsorship team, as well as the creative lead for clients including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Staples, and Applebee’s. Rothkopf holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Cornell University.
